Some of the Services require payment of fees. Users shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site in connection with such Services. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site. You represent to Eenox.net that you are the authorized account holder or an authorized user of the chosen method of payment used to pay for the paid aspects of the Services. All fee-based Services and are provided "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. Eenox.net may modify, update or revise such fee-based Services at its discretion. Subscriber understands and agrees that the payment for virtual goods grants Subscriber a limited license to use the virtual goods as specified on the Site.
a) A valid credit card is required.
b) The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open Account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
c) Eenox will use commercially reasonable efforts to have the Application approved by the applicable Providers. Although there is a high likelihood of approval, we do not and cannot guarantee acceptance. If your Application is denied by the appropriate Provider, you may cancel your Account. However, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your Account. Account cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to us by email. Cancellations by phone or sent to other email address will not be considered valid.
All of your Content will be deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your Account is cancelled.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
Eenox, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Eenox service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account.
Eenox reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Eenox.net and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via use of the Site or Services, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Eenox.net and you. These Terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between Eenox.net and you. If any provision of the Terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Terms shall be severed accordingly.
Technologies used by Eenox are composed of modern web standards such as HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. Therefore, some old browsers will not render properly the Eenox website and the HTML source code generated with the online Eenox editor and we do not guarantee that the webpage will always render properly on every web browser. Eenox have been tested and is compatible with all most-known modern browsers family such as : IE 9+, Firefox 3.6+,Chrome 5+, Opera 10.5+, Safari 4+ and on webkit based mobile browsers such as Safari mobile and the official Android browser. Technical support on the platform is only available via email.
